"My prostate had been enlarged for at least 20 years. I emailed my Facilitator because some symptoms had gotten worse and I was concerned. My Facilitator had me read an interview Stephen Lewis had given in which he pointed out that symptoms often become more severe as the self-healing process begins.
It was not long before the symptoms did decrease in severity and now they are gone and my prostate is normal. I just returned from having a physical...the doctor told me that my prostate was small...like the prostate of a twenty year old!!
