"I will gladly recap my procedure. I made a list of 35 physical,
emotional, and mental shortcomings. This included any habits, tendencies, and spontaneous reactions that I was aware of at the time. I asked my close friend for help. I allowed myself 3-4 days for these items to surface.
I wrote them down and assigned them all a "10" intensity on a 0-10 scale.... for reference purposes.
At the 5 month point, 8 of these were completely gone. Every other listed imbalance has a "significant" reduction! That means a 2 point drop... or more, on the 0-10 scale!
Since then (2 months ago), I have reviewed again. 2 more issues are now gone, and 3 others have nearly disappeared! There is one sticking issue that is dragging behind.... Self-importance keeps popping up."
